Why is the LXC container completely restarted during migration on the cluster?

I noticed that when migrating a running LXC container between cluster nodes, it stops completely and then restarts on the target node.
Tell me please. Is it possible to do this without stopping the container so that the service in it is available at the time of migration? How it happens during VM migration.

No thats how container migration works, which is also stated in the migration prompt:

So, don't use LX(C) containers if you need live migration.
