Why is pve server high memory usage?

Hi heroes,
I recently installed pve 7.3.3, my physical server is E5-2680v4 with SamSung128GB DDR4 2400 RAM.
I'm currently running 4 linux servers and they consume about 50GB RAM in total.
However, when i was checking on the pve web console, the memory usage is over 85% (100+GB in total) - pls check the below screenshots as shown.
I wish to know is this normal behaviour? pve kvm processes consume too much RAM as i can see... thanks in advance!!

Each kvm process consumes 32GB RAM.
Have you enabled memory ballooning?

You set the minimum memory to the same value and the (maximum) memory, so ballooning cannot do anything.

Thanks, I see, i will test it further since its not in production environment.
