Hi,

i have create mapping device and LVM thin volumes on my proxmox. host1 and host2
on HP MSA i doing 2 vdisk.
in proxmox i can write, create, upload file on my differents partitions.

i use pvcreate, lvcreate... no problem with multipath
i create lvm thin pool
and mk2fs.ext4 partition successfully

have you an idea why i can write on it ?

Hi,

LVM-Thin is not compatible with iSCSI.
You must use iSCSI direct or LVM on top of it.

I use multipah, and is ok my pmox 1 and 2 can see my vdisk on HP200 MSA.
Not possible to use it really ?

on picture you can seeing my different storage who i ve create but impossible to write it

Define use ... if you have LVM (not LVM thin), it workes properly. This is the normal shared storage setup for multipathed iSCSI and Fiberchannel
