Why am I getting "Broken pipe (596)?" when browsing storage in my cluster?

There is nothing special about my 3-node cluster configuration except for custom certificates.

I totally expect the solution is either to reinstall or "don't use customer certificates" but both are not acceptable.

I feel like Proxmox VE's handling of certificates is fragile.
