Why ? 300kb/s speed on SFP+ 10GB Network and on 1GB RJ45 100MB/s

Hello,

I have 3 servers with HP network card SFP+ 10GB
Server1 enp4s0f0 > Server2 - Speed Greate
Server2 enp12s0f0 > Server1 - Speed Greate
Server3 enp8s0f0 > Server1 or Server2 speed 300kb/s :|

From My PC to > Server3 same speed 300kb/s

If i change the network of Server3 to the 1GB Port is working greate from any server with 100MB/s

On all 3 servers have the same network card, speed, model, cables and even the network configuration.
I even change the cables betwin servers, still the same on Server3

Have you already tried to switch the network cards to see if it is the network card or maybe something else?

No cuz i`m not able to stay with Server1 or 2 offline, but i just ordered a new card.

I have the same issue....the host has double internet speed than its only Windows VM. I tried increasing the RSS channels in Windows and it makes it worse (slower)....I posted the comment with screen photos in another related conversation but got no answer from anyone....here is the comment....coiuld someone help please ?

"the problem I am having is the internet speed inside the VM......from the Win10VM the internet is 50% slower that in the proxmox host (used speedtest.net on both) and with RSS activated in the Windows VM it is almost 10 TIMES Slower...amazing...am I doing something wrong ? screen Photos attached...
