Whitelisting doesn't work

the smtp list does not influence the rule system at all, if you want to do that you have to modify the rulesystem

Mail Proxy - Whitelist - If I understand correctly, this is the SMTP level, there is no further anti-spam processing. Which is what I need. But it's not working for some reason. What do I need to configure?

also, the domain you highlighted is from the 'from' header not the sender

I don't understand. What do you mean? Did I choose the wrong condition for the domain ? But I don't see the "from" option.

There's a sender, there's a receiver. The sender is the domain I need to resolve.

Please explain in detail how I can resolve some domains so that they are not processed by antispam.

it is whitelisting it on the smtp level, but after that there is still the rule system, where it gets moved into the quarantine

no in email there is the 'sender' (in the smtp connection) and the 'from' header (inside the mail), they don't have to be the same. what gets displayed there in the quarantine is the 'from' header as that is most likely what you want to see
(and what most mail clients show) but it's not the 'sender' on the smtp level

again you have to adapt the rule system so that there is a rule with a whitelist ( there is one there in the default rule-system) that has an 'accept' action

Mail Proxy - Whitelist -
Can you explain where I might need this customization ?

The purpose of the whitelist is to exclude all antivirus/antispam actions so that messages get through without any problems.

Your documentation has no examples and it is very difficult for me to understand it.

Can you explain where I might need this customization ?
e.g. when a sender misconfigured their spf policy and you need to whitelist their domain

The purpose of the whitelist is to exclude all antivirus/antispam actions so that messages get through without any problems.
no as explained in the linked docs
The SMTP Whitelist is responsible for disabling greylisting, as well as SPF and DNSBL checks. These are done during the SMTP dialogue.

it does not control anything about spamchecks or the rule system

Can you explain how to whitelist properly so that the domain does not pass any checks ? I want the message to get through.

i already explained this twice here:

, if you want to do that you have to modify the rulesystem
again you have to adapt the rule system so that there is a rule with a whitelist ( there is one there in the default rule-system) that has an 'accept' action
edit:

Please read the docs about the rule system. If you have an concrete questions about it, don't hesitate to ask, but a generic: 'how do i do this' is not really the way to go

In the image above, have I done the conditions correctly so that the whitelisted emails are not processed and go straight to the mailbox ?

if you want to whitlist the 'envelope sender' yes, if you want to whitelist every mail that has such an email in the 'from' header, no, then you have
to add a 'match field' with the field 'from' and as value a regex that matches the domain

Why didn't the whitelist work again? I did what you said. If I don't understand again and I'm not configuring correctly, can you give me precise instructions on how to make some domains not be processed by your system?

what is contained in the 'whitelist' WHO object?

if you have defined a 'FROM' and a 'WHAT' object in a rule, both must match the mail
so please show us what is in the Whitelist WHO object and the log of the mail (e.g. via the tracking center)

In whitelist in who objects contains

but Usoft messages are not displayed in the tracking center because they end up in spam

but Usoft messages are not displayed in the tracking center because they end up in spam
all messages that are processed further than postscreen, even those in the spam quarantine, should be visible in the tracking center

what i guess is that the envelope sender (not the from header) of that mail is different and not in your whitelist object, so the rule will not match. that's why i wanted to see the logs, to verify the envelope sender

I think I understand what you are talking about, I actually found this message, but under a different sender.
I need to change usoft to goeml.com - Correct?

this from spam list

AFAICS, the mail uses the envelope sender 'postman1476462@goeml.com' (this is what the WHO objects so FROM/TO in rules match)
but int the From header it uses the domain '@usoft.ru' (this is what the WHAT object in your rule matches)
