Hi all,
i wanna ask about "whitelist" on "who" ,
i try to whitelist one email notification from our application , ex : noreply@domain.in ( arround 50 emails delivery a day ) but not at the same time.
i add that email account to "whitelist" on "who" object, as i know by default it's already mail filter rule for whitelist on pmg. so i didn't create rule anymore,
but , that email still stuck on "spam quarantine" ,

please advice

Regards,

Are you refering to Who object? If yes, it refer to Return-Path: header on your mail.

yes , i refering to who object , add the email account on there ? which the best way suppose to whitelist that email account anyway ?
ups so sorry not email account , but domain name after xxxxx@domain.in ( domain.in )
because for xxxxx dynamically changing to who that notification for.

example like below :

Delivered-To: ana@xyz.com
Return-Path: bounces+9919500-309a-ana=xyz.com@sendgrid.darwinbox.in
Received-SPF: pass (sendgrid.darwinbox.in: 149.72.169.188 is authorized to use 'bounces@sendgrid.darwinbox.in' in 'mfrom' identity (mechanism 'ip4:149.72.169.188' matched)) receiver=antispam.mydomain.com; identity=mailfrom; envelope-from="bounces@sendgrid.darwinbox.in"; helo=wrqvxwbc.outbound-mail.sendgrid.net; client-ip=149.72.169.188
Received: from wrqvxwbc.outbound-mail.sendgrid.net (wrqvxwbc.outbound-mail.sendgrid.net [149.72.169.188])

please advice

Try who object -> domain sendgrid.darwinbox.in.
But I am not sure it is a good idea as the email from xyz.com are relaying through sendgrid.
