WhiteList Bug

Hello All ,
I think there is a bug on the systems , since ver 6.4-3 when ever I press "whitelist" the systems does the action BUT also remove the mail from the quarantine and the client is NOT getting it.

this is not intentional - could you please share the journal of the system, from a timeframe when you clicked on 'whitelist' on a quarantined mail?

where can I get the jounal data from ?

the journal is the system log written by systemd-journald (on systemd-based OS, like PMG)
