Mostly for medium to large pbx use, need for dual power supply, mirroring raid, at least two gigabit ethernet, hot-swap capability,
No great amount of hdd/ssd space or ram needed, more a spare/redundancy fact.

Use previously-owned hardware a few generations back. You can buy a entry-level workstation or server class system for a PBX system which checks all your requirements.
