Where to get release notes?

I feel silly for not being able to find this info.. And I've searched a lot. Where do I get the release notes for minor versions? For example, 4.0.18...

I could read them by double clicking the release in the UI, but after upgrading, no clue where to find them.

The roadmap is just that, a roadmap, no details on individual releases.

you can get the list of changes for each released version via apt changelog, e.g. apt changelog proxmox-backup-server

It is not silly at all..... They are surprisingly hard to find sometimes. Usually, the release notes are listed on the project's official GitHub or documentation page under "releases". If it is a software with a web portal or update manager, they might also include a changelog section there. After upgrading, though, they often disappear from the UI, so checking the official release page is your best bet.
