Where to find detail Docs about "Machine" Version? We have strange behaviour in V7

Hi, we have some Windows 2016 VMs who encountered strange behaviour like some Services not working any more after someone updated from Version 5.1 to 7.0.

I was looking and googling around everywhere for exact documentation of these machine template versions changes. But I couldnt find anything.

Does anybody know where exactly I have to look?

Hi,

QEMU supports versioned machines, meaning that you can select to use the machine that came with a specific version of QEMU. Generally, Windows is kind of sensitive to machine version changes, and people have reported problems with the German version specifically when upgrading the machine version [1][2].
