Where to find a device for passthrough for VM

I have Proxmox VE 8.0 installed on a Dell R720XD, and I have a Coral TPU M.2 B+M key device on PCI to M.2 adapter with a SATA cable attached to it and connected to one of the R720XD SATA ports on the motherboard, and I was wondering where I can find that device in order passthrough it to a VM, and it's not the PCI list for selection when attaching device to a VM


any help or direction on where I should look at is appreciated.
