Where is the Bottleneck?

My solo OCZ vertex4 SSD with LVM ext4 do FSYNCS/SECOND: 286.32
Maybe controllers with write cache helps to get more fsyncs.

But should the Performance with SSD's not still be better than "FSYNCS/SECOND: 469.59" ?

please note that consumer ssd are pretty shitty to handle fsync and o_dsync write.
