When I restart the pve host network, the internal vm will cause the network to be blocked.

I need to reconfigure the mac address on the vm and restart the vm network to be normal.

can you ping the VM from your PVE host or ping the PVE from the VM?

when the issue happens again please check the journalctl or dmesg for network error - also please post the output of pveversion -v and the VM config qm config <VMID>
