What would be the error code

Hello, in the proxmo wiki says that the nodes have to be in the same network segment, if I wanted to join nodes that are in different segments (but that are answered with ping)
which would be the error informed by that proxmox?

There are no error code.
If the latency is to high you lose the cluster quorum and the node is not manageable.

I never test it but theoretically you can use multicast routing ore nested segments.

But the point is you will have problems anyway with such a setup.
IMHO it makes not real sense to use it.
