hi

is there a link for a documentation about the issue what to do when you have a cluster and the master fails?

can i just take a new server and add the nodes with all the running vm's to that server?

Are the clusternodes functional after a physical failure of the master?
 
If master fails, all other nodes will keep working.
"pveca -m" will promote the local node to become master in your cluster.
