What other variables exist in the config?

Under Options -> Emails from address, is "root@$hostname"
Is $hostname the only variable? Is there a $domain? Or a list I can reference?

I'm having issues with my domain SPF records and setting one up for each $hostname.domain.net is a lot of work, I'd rather do $hostname@$domain

Edit: I just tried $hostname@domain.net (manually typing in my domain) and it fails.
