I use cloud-init image, so I have the Cloud-Init section.

When I change a setting, it's just changing it after reboot, as expected.
So I feel the Cloud-Init cdrom image is automatically rebuild on change, and I never needed this "Regenerate Image" button.

"Regenerate Image" is missing from the "Help" and Documentation.
What's the purpose ? What does this do exactly ?

Thanks !

The cloud-init disk is generated on VM start from cold state. You may need to soft reboot the VM and the cloud-init will not be regenerated in that case. The button helps you in case you want new config for a soft-boot or simply to inspect your changes on running VM.
