Web service interuption

Firstly sorry for my english, I'm french.
I have a strange problem during a backup with the snapshot system. I have a web service interuption.
The backup takes 1h20 and during 10 minutes in this 1h20 the web service doesn't work (I haven't acces in an URL).


Do you have already encounter this problem? Do you have any idea? This is normal or not?

What kind of storage do you use (disk storage and backup storage)?
Also, do you talk about vzdump backups or VM snapshots?

Humm I talk about vzdump backups. I program it with the web interface you know with snapshop mode and LZO compression.
