Web interface suddenly dead

Got: connection was reset in webbrowser

in syslog:
Jun 20 11:24:59 s50 pveproxy[610599]: problem with client 81.237.201.212; rsa_padding_check_pkcs1_type_1: block type is not 01

I have no idea what went wrong. Looks like som problem with a key.
Which key does the webinterface use?

I cleared the browser cache. Now I see the webinterface again but as soon as I log in I get again: connection was reset.
 
Solved it myself. I had a Firefox extension installed last week (CookieControl) which caused the strange behavior of the webinterface.
