on a quick look - the network config looks off - you need to add the address with a netmask so that you can reach your gateway
- check the docs from your provider - but on a hunch - try `45.135.200.250/24` instead of `45.135.200.250/32`

I hope this helps!

Unfortunately it doesn't work for me, but thanks for your answer

The problem is that the web interface does not start public. But I can't figure out why that is.
The server itself can open the page but I can't from the outside.

root@dedi2788:~# curl -s -k https://localhost:8006 | grep title

already made this on top.
no, you showed localhost, which is not the same thing.
Nevertheless, my guess is that its your provider firewall or similar. If you can, get another server on the same network, even if temporary, I suspect it will be able to access PVE.

PS there is a vanilla unconfigured Apache running on that IP at port 80. Are you sure you are using the right IP address as specified by your hosting vendor? PVE does not come with Apache on port 80 - something else is might be replying for you.
