web console no ticket 401

Hello,
i delete cluster and delete /var/lib/pve-cluster
after it i cant see my VMs in web console but its steel run and works
then i copied /etc/pve/nodes/prox from another cluster server to my

and now i can see all VMs in console, but it want to reauthentificate every five second with error:
Connection error 401: 403 Permition check failed ( permition denied - invalid PVE ticket)

Can you help me?

How? To say "delete nothing, where you don't know what it is good for"?

Praise your backup
Do an new install on an fresh computer and reinstall the backup there (perhaps move VM-Disks to the new system).
