We are not seeing notifications in the Proxmox Guide. We want to enable email notification in our Proxmox. However, the notification is not available inside the datacenter in our proxmox. Please let us know how we can configure the SMTP server details to enable email notification from GUI

Hi,
please make sure you have the latest Proxmox VE version 8.1 installed, you can check your current package versions via pveversion -v.

Once you are up to date, you can follow the configuration as described in the docs [0].

This issue persists with Proxmox Virtual Environment 8.2.4
The guide for version 8.2.2 references Datacenter - Notifications, but this is not showing in 8.2.4 as showing in the op screenshot.

Is there an update to show this in the web interface? Or is there another way to configure notifications via the console?

Did you try to delete your browser cache?
The GUI of the old version may be still cached.

It shows "Notifications" for me, if I scroll down:
