I have deleted an old virtio ISO from a local directory because I've downloaded a newer version.
After PVE updates, I rebootet the host and some VMs didn't start because the ISO was added there.
I wish there would be two features.
a) Start VM even if the ISO is not available
b) Warn me when I delete an ISO that is still used in VMs or deny it.
