Want to use proxmox command [--iolimit <N>] --iopslimit <N> ?

I want to use proxmox command [--iolimit <N>] --iopslimit <N>

The command come with kernel 2.6.32

can i upgrade openvz kernal ?

The I/O limit feature is available in OpenVZ since kernel 2.6.32-042stab084.3 and vzctl 4.6. This feature allows to limit disk I/O bandwidth available to a container.

I really can't recommand to do it manually, because proxmox have some patches on top on vzctl.


But you can try to update from proxmox vzctl git
