Hello Everyone,

First up, i lots the root password for the server, not sure what happen to it and that ok, I just want to wipe everything out , i do not need to back up any of the data and i just want to install the current version of Proxmox.

I made a new USB drive and booted to it, it would not let me install anything and keep going to the existing proxmox on the HDD and asking me to login which bring me back to i list my password

Any suggestion would be cool and Helpful.

Thank you again
chris

Sounds to me like the bootorder is not correct and your device is still booting into the harddrive instead of the USB drive.
You can change the bootorder in your BIOS/UEFI settings

Thank HD that was the first thing i checked. The boot Order is UBS first then boot Hard Drive, I am getting a new USB drive and downloading Proxmox again to make sure the download is correct. I am also download the current version of Etcher.

Well, It was the USB Drive (Can i say Craped out), did not format correctly with the ISO, so it was not installing or reading the drive correctly. Got a new USB dive and is installing the new version of Proxomox
