1. vzdump --all
do not dumps all VE only vzconfdir/XXX.conf
i have VMID == 1 and set backup option "Include all VMs" to true, but VE is not having three digits in the key will not be backup.

2. vzdump --sufix date +"_%Y-%m-%d-%H"
would be nice to add SUFIX to the newly created file.

ID 0 to 100 are reserved IDs - do not use them.

maybe hide them from the list for backup.
/backup/index.htm?edit=1&aa=JOB1:...

because they are on this list and are marked.

The question is how did you create that VM? It should not be possible top create a VM with ID 1.

When I had openvz server (not Proxmox) hand-formed container (via vzctl), and later moved it to Proxmox. So was ;) May not be easy, but it is feasible.
