You could do that at least in these two ways:
1. create a clone from the wanted snapshot. Go to the created clone, dump image.
or
2. create a snapshot from current state. Rollback to the snapshot state you want to dump. Dump image. Revert back to current state snapshot.
As always make sure you have a working backup of current state.
