It is not possible to customize that.

I guess it's possible by not providing an email address and writing a vzdump event handler script. It's a lot of work though.

thanks. but I was able to make the changes directly under /usr/share/perl5/PVE/VZDump.pm

Yes, you can hack into the codebase but it will get removed at next upgrade and you'll need to keep track of it after every upgrade. Which is due right now that a serious security issue has been identified in the OVZ kernel.
