vultr bare metal vmbr0 network drops

Hi.

i installed proxmox on vultr bare metal.

the standard config without vmbr0. works without any network drops.

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

auto enp1s0f0
iface enp1s0f0 inet static
    address PUBLIC_IP/CIDR
    gateway PUBLIC_GATEWAY
    dns-nameservers 1.1.1.1

but when i setup vmbr0, it's start to do RX drops.

auto enp1s0f0
iface enp1s0f0 inet manual

auto vmbr0
iface vmbr0 inet static
        address PUBLIC_IP/CIDR
        gateway PUBLIC_GATEWAY
        dns-nameservers 1.1.1.1

        bridge-disable-mac-learning 1
        bridge-vlan-aware yes
        bridge-vids 2-4094

i google a lot, and no solution..
