VPS not working on proxmox server. Please help !!!!!!!!!

Hello,

I have promox sever with two VPS in it. After a reboot both the VPS are not working. While checking the VM status using command qm start it is showing as " VM 100 already running ". The IP of the VPS is not even responding to ping from the promox server. Also the following is the config,

Please help.
