vnc reboots kvm machine

Hi all,

I installed a proxmox ve 1.7 on a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop (T7200 processor) for testing.

Everything is running great except for on thing.

When clicking on the "Open VNC console" on a windows XP KVM VM, it reboots it.
I have 2 windows machines and they both do the same thing.

on has the IDE storage and the other one has the virtio storage (installed using the floppy hack)

anyone knows way this happens ?

this is real strange, never heard or seen such issue, but the "open VNC console" is not triggering a reboot.
