VNC console - Hostbill + proxmox 7.1.10

Hello, I have a small hosting company, I have VPS private customers.

We have hostbill system version 2022-04-12

After updating Screenshot_13.pngProxmox to 7.1.10 version, when we click on VNC Console, we get a error cURL error 28. Operário Timed out after 15001 miliseconds with 0 bytes received.

I Will provide a screenshot as Proof.

Everything as been fully working in Proxmox 7.1.7 version, but now with the new version we have problems and our customers are getting upset.

Where is the problem? How we can fix/solve this issues? My clients and customers are dissatisfied and not happy with this errors. We are losing sales.
