VM's inside Proxmox are running slow

VM's running inside Proxmox server are running slow in terms of performance, network. Below is the environment:
Version: Proxmox VE 7.3-3

Yes, both are running slow. How serious is the bug from cpuinfo?

what host cpu ?
if old, disabling mitigations in kernel option is mandatory to have regular performance.

Hosted on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen 9, 56 CPU's

missing the model cpu.. but it seems 9 years old cpu, so mitigations must be disabled for me.
