Do you run the 3 VM's at the same time? Could it be that memory runs out, without a swap partition on your Proxmox?
Suggestion:
Go to your 'local storage', and look at the CT Templates (blue button below). There is a button there to download new templates (on the right side, between "Download from URL" and "Remove") :
Now you can search for Alpine
Now you can create a new container and choose Alpine on the second tab:
Does it also keep starting and stopping? Then you really have to read the logs. Does it work? Then try another template, or download an ISO to run as container.

- See if it runs OK
