Hi all, I have a proxmox server, and sometimes I lost access to the machines and to the proxmox web console and I need to restart the network to regain the access.

I found this in the logs, seems to be related to a network port that has lost connection and can't reconnect again.

Any ideas?

It says the Link is Down. If this is corrected by network restart you should look at switch logs and NIC settings such as speed/duplex/etc. Check that the cable is not cut and try a new one. Sometimes flaky cables/connectors can lead to strange results, ie a loose cable going in/out when someone walks by a server cage...
