vmbr0 issue

Hello,
I've installed Proxmox on my new server in a datacenter remotely via KVM, but it seems that the server has networking issue,
While I want to ping 4.2.2.4 it gives me this error
connect: Network is unreachable
and restarting networking service shows this error
/etc/init.d/networking restart
Reconfiguring network interfaces...device vmbr0 already exists; can't create bridge with the same name

that's not to much info...
What is the output of the following commands?

ifconfig -a
brctl show
cat /etc/network/interfaces
netstat -r
cat /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules

It is now solved,
I think the issue was because of gateway's IP was not in the same range of main IP of server
