VM with network disabled but shared drive via the host possible?

Is it possible to share a drive with a no network VM so that I can interact with the VM through spice and move files back and forth from another VM via host?

I guess another solution is to completely isolate the VM on a network level with fw rules.

I don't know about SPICE but you could look into VirtioFS or 9p.
