VM Windows server 2022 crashed randomly after update proxmox

After installing the latest version of proxmox Linux 6.5.11-6-pve (2023-11-29T08:32Z), Windows Server 2022 VM crashed randomly with a different message every time.

Previously I didn't have this problem. Does anyone have any ideas what I could do about this?
 
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on physical machine, most popular is MEMORY MODULE problem

suggest : try to use memory test software to check PVE memory
 
Thanks, I replaced the physical memory. And the VM has been running for about a week now without any problems.
