i've a lot of problems to get a new VM win 11 working. At startup it won't boot if the BIOS is set to OVMF (UEFI). It says 'no bootable device found' though it will boot if the BIOS is set to SeaBIOS with the exact same configuration. Switching back to OVMF (UEFI) and is doesn't boot. I do have a Ubunu VM and another VM running with BIOS OVMF.
However, frustrated pressing the spacebar and Delete some several times during booting with OVMF and then the systems boots suddenly!!!

Why? I don't understand what is going on, although the machine is now running. Pressing spacebar and delete didn't bring me into the bootmenu so I'm confused.

Hi Fiona, thanks for your reply. As far as I can see all boot option are OK. Pressing <ESC> brings me in the bootmenu while booting, but <SPACE> and <del> doesn't. So I don't think I made changes in the bootmenu.
I just did another test to be sure and build a new VM, with the same result. I've to press the <SPACE> in order let the system boot. Just let it run results in an error "No bootable device found"??
