I've just noticed my VM's have an advance of 1 second RTC compared to local on their time. I've installed NTP but that makes no difference. Proxmox itself is perfect always correct - any ideas ? I think this has only occurred recently

I created a new Debian install and that's the same. My hardware is an Lenovo mini PC 6500T 16GB ram 1TB SSD

VM's

root@debian:~# timedatectl -a
Local time: Sat 2023-02-18 10:18:56 GMT
Universal time: Sat 2023-02-18 10:18:56 UTC
RTC time: Sat 2023-02-18 10:18:57
Time zone: Europe/London (GMT, +0000)
System clock synchronized: no
NTP service: n/a
RTC in local TZ: no

(I removed NTP to see if made a difference)

dave@debian:~$ timedatectl -a

Universal time: Sat 2023-02-18 11:32:49 UTC
