I'm looking at the following document: http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/VM_Templates_and_Clones

The instructions state the following:"Right-click the VM and select "Convert to template""

I appear to be doing something fundamentally wrong because when I right click on the VM that I wish to convert to a template all I see are the following options: Start, Migrate, Shutdown, Stop, Console. Where is the "Convert to template" option? BTW, this is on Proxmox VE 2.3.

Thanks.

reading the article will tell you that this feature is available since V3.x series - so upgrade to 3.0!

Ah, I completely misread the article. I guess this part confused me a bit - "Proxmox VE includes container based templates since 2008".
No problem, I'll start taking a look at 3.0.

Thanks.
