vm stop/starts every 5 minutes?

as shown vms auto stop then start ever 5 minutes.
What could be causing this?
i thought cron job but only have two things not related.
does seem to be scheduled as its very constant.

It's often because of third-party monitoring software that is installed (and forgotten) by the user, that does not register the running state of the VMs and restarts them. I kid you not; this happens regularly on this forum.

ah ha ok guess its the helper script ve monitor all.

ill try editing this or removing it.

Since you appear to have some software installed that monitors your VM: What does it tell you about the VMs? Does it see them running? Does it report anything about the resets?

i dont know how to use it other than turning it on. says it needs quem agent which i had on so how to configure it any farther no idea ill just uninstall it dont think I need it.
so if i googled 6 minutes i probably would of found the post. oh well.
