vm online migration failed

Hi, we would migrate a vm to a other node. if we start a online migration, we have this error:

TASK ERROR: migration aborted

what can we do here to migrate the vm online?

The disk(s) need to be on a shared storage if you want to be able to do online migration. Use the option 'move disk' to move the disk to a shared storage.

Thanks for answer. We must also make a offline migration with kvm vms if hdd is local - right? And Shared discs we can migrate online - right?
