VM not running TASK ERROR: Failed to run vncproxy.

Hello.

When you turn on the first machine under Windows 2012R2, the second Windows 2012R2 one turns off. An error message appears:
"VM 101 not running
TASK ERROR: Failed to run vncproxy."
If you try to turn on the second machine, the first one turns off with the same error:
"VM 103 not running
TASK ERROR: Failed to run vncproxy."
Help me.

How much memory does you system have? And how much memory do you give to each VM? Are you using PCI passthrough?
Maybe you can show us the configuration files (101.conf and 103.conf from the /etc/pve/qemu-server/ directory)?
There are probably error message in journalctl -b 0 around the time that you start one VM that stops the other.

You have a little under 32GiB usable memory in your system and you try to run two Windows VMs with 16GiB each: that won't fit (and Proxmox and filesystem cache also need memory).
