VM Network Performance

Hi Folks,

We have a Cluster running - Proxmox 5.4. We have Intel X550 10G Card on the Hosts. and a Dell 10G Switch.
We have multiple VM running Server 2019 Std. 64 Bit. But the performance for inter-vm transfers is very low.
if we do a iperf3 test between the 2 VM running Windows Server 2019 we get a speed of only 1 Gbps (not 1 GBps)
we have tried all the type of network adaptors. - 1. Realtek, 2. Vitio, 3, Vmware, 4.Intel E1000.

Do you have multi-queue enabled in the guest OS's network settings. (I'm guessing not.)
