Vm migration time after failure on one of the cluster nodes

I would like to know if there is any way to improve the time when a VM migrates to another node after a failure. ............it's normal ? is there any way to improve this time?

Hi,

if you talking HA. Then no there is no parameter to speed up the takeover.
If the time would be sorter the system would be very unstable.
