VM Memory using full allocated amount.

Hello All,
i'm running into a weird issue with one of my VM's.

The VM is configured for 450gb of memory, it set to ballooning.


I have 3 VM's that are configured exactly the same VM and OS wise, but this one when it starts up provisions all 450gb of ram during startup. this makes startup take forever and causes it to fail startup occasionally.

If you have any thoughts or ideas on what may be the cause please let me know. i reviewed the logs but nothing really stood out to me on what would be the cause.

Any PCI passthrough in use for that VM? Because this requires allocating all RAM at start because of DMA.
