VM is not starting after restart.

This is the full message I am seeing on my console.

What would be the issue?

I cannot either create addtional VM or start one.

The EFI disk cannot be accessed or found at /dev/pve/vm-100-disk-0. Is your storage offline or did you change the settings for the storage? Is that the correct virtual disk? What error do you get when creating a VM?

I do not know how but it restored autonomously.
