VM in a host in the cluster shutting down at midnight automatically

dear sir,
for the past 4-5 days VM in one of the pve node in the cluster automatically shutting down exactly at 12:010 am, it is happening randomly, i am attaching the log during the time it is happening on second host in the cluster (three host), i am unable to find any solution for this strange problem, kindly help
